OUR
STORY.
In September 2006, we began with a simple goal: leadership training and Bible study on Wednesday nights in the local slums of Manila. On Thursdays, we would head out to "practice" what we learned. It didn't take long to realize God was doing something far bigger than we imagined.
Those practice days quickly transformed into weekly church services for children. Within three months, the crowds grew so large we had to double our services. Today, what began in a single neighborhood has grown into a movement across four strategic locations in the largest slum in the Philippines. We are witnessing a true revival among the children—a generation growing up to lead their own families and communities toward the hope of Jesus
We remain on the frontlines, sharing Christ and discipling young people where the need is greatest. Our ministry is built on consistent presence and deep relationships:

The Reach: Over 1,000 children attend our six weekly services across four locations.

The Connection: Our team makes personal visits to more than 2,500 children every week on the streets and in their homes.

The Growth: From vibrant high school youth ministries to groups for young working professionals, we are seeing the Gospel flourish in every corner of the community.

Today, they are the hands and feet of the mission—graduates of Bible college and credentialed ministers with the Philippine General Council of the Assemblies of God (AoG). They aren't just staff; they are a living testament to the power of a reached generation reaching their own people.

The Brown Family
The heartbeat of Filipino Missions is found in our local leadership. Each member of our team brings a unique blend of professional experience and a deep, personal heart for this work. In fact, many of our leaders began their journey as children in our Mabuhay Kids program. Today, they are the hands and feet of the mission—graduates of Bible college and credentialed ministers with the Philippine General Council of the Assemblies of God (AoG). They aren't just staff; they are a living testament to the power of a reached generation reaching their own people.
AFFILIATION.
The Browns serve as the lead missionary pastors of Filipino Missions and Mabuhay Ministries. Sent out as missionaries from the Assemblies of God (USA) and affiliated with the Australian Christian Churches (AoG Australia), they have spent two decades dedicated to the people of the Philippines.
They are joined by an incredible team of National Leaders—men and women who were once the very children attending Mabuhay Kids. Today, these leaders are:
